Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients can request cancellation of their active marketing plans (High-Authority Link Building retainers, ongoing Creative Layout contracts, or Social Media Handling schedules) at any stage. To prevent the processing of automatic renewal loops, cancellation notices must be logged through your centralized dashboard or sent to support at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle.

2. Digital Marketing Retainers & Campaign Execution

Platipus coordinates a highly specialized on-demand workforce platform to deploy and publish marketing assets instantly. Because operational fees are allocated to direct workforce execution, our refund processing follows these parameters:

• Monthly campaign retainer fees are used for immediate contextual outreach tracking, manual indexing profiles creation, and active profile mapping, making completed monthly production cycles strictly non-refundable.
• If a Link Building or Social Media campaign is canceled mid-cycle, work will continue until the end of the paid duration, and no subsequent renewals will be charged.
• Accounts found violating our platform compliance (e.g., submitting fraudulent target metrics, malicious anchors, or spam configurations) will be terminated instantly and lose all refund eligibility.

3. Graphic Design & Video Editing Project Deliverables

For custom fixed-budget projects, including Corporate Vector Logos, Social Media Template kits, Promotional Banners, and Cinematic Short-Form Video edits:

• Advance validation deposits used to assign on-demand creative professionals are non-refundable once concept drafting, script structure modeling, or vector layout sketching has begun.
• If a design asset does not meet your initial project parameters, you are eligible for the unlimited revisions cycle specified in your contract terms to refine the design to standard quality.
• Refunds will not be issued for completed, approved multimedia assets that have been transferred or downloaded into your local workspace.

4. Processing and Timelines

Once a mutual cancellation assessment or valid billing discrepancy review is verified and approved by the Platipus governance desk, the approved amount will be processed back to your original source of payment. Standard transactional completions normally take 5 to 7 operational banking days to reflect on your account profile statement.
